I have incomplete thoughts on this. But I have noticed that fame, visibility, virality and therefore scrutiny and an invasion of privacy is normally the price an African person in the imperial core has to pay in order to obtain material wealth. Particularly if that material wealth is extraordinary and due to a natural talent of theirs.
